The film tells the story of the once-mighty Colorado River and its struggle to support the needs of thirty million people across the western US. We built our own multi-plane animation rig and stop motion animated a combination of paper cut-outs, dirt, sand and red clay on glass. Watershed was executive produced by Robert Redford, who also provided the voiceover. The film had its world premiere at the DC Environmental Film Festival in March 2012.
